If you're under a Managed IT contract, we can do more to help you. Within that we will be more flexible regarding your needs simply because we will know you, and your computers better.

Work requiring an engineers visit will be for that job alone. This allows us to ensure we've got the right tools to do the job quickly and efficiently. Other work we can look at and log, possibly even fix, but it is not something we will guarantee or commit to undertaking.
